Help us improve public transportation in your neighborhood! The Milwaukee Transit Riders Union is always looking for volunteers to help us organize campaigns, manage our office and website, and mobilize riders.

Help the organization of Milwaukee bus riders fighting for better bus service for everyone!

We are currently in need of a bilingual (English-Spanish) person to help us in our outreach efforts.

  • Translate flyers from English to Spanish
  • Occasionally translate other materials from English to Spanish

According to the 2010 Census 19% of households in Milwaukee speak a language other than English. Some of these people ride the bus and we want to engage them in the fight for better transit just as much as those who speak English. Help us reach these people.
